7-day return window

You can return most products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Eligibility

• Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals and free gifts are included.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is available.

Non-returnable

Installed major appliances, clearance items, and products with removed serial numbers cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

1. Find your order number on your confirmation page or receipt email.
2. Contact support with your order number to request a return.
3. We'll arrange pickup or drop-off at a nearby service center.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Report it within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery fees — no questions asked.
