Coverage at a glance

• Small appliances (blenders, irons, kettles, microwaves): 1–3 year manufacturer warranty.
• Major appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, dryers): 2–5 year warranty, with up to a 10-year compressor guarantee on select models.

The exact term is shown on every product page under the specifications and in the buy panel.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes motors, compressors, and electronic control boards for the duration of the stated term.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
• Cosmetic wear, consumables (filters, seals), and installation not performed by our service team.
• Damage from power surges without a compatible voltage regulator.

Registering activates your warranty and speeds up any future service request. Contact our support team with your model name and serial number (found on the appliance rating plate) and we'll register it for you.
