Before items are delivered, we open every item, no matter how sealed they are, to test, check and inspect to ensure they are in the best of conditions before delivery. If upon delivery and customer notices a defect, it is expected that the customer will give the item to the dispatch rider at that instant to return. If not, all subsequent issues will be dealt with at our discretion.
